Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Chairperson of HCL Technologies, has been awarded France’s highest civilian honour, the Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur. This prestigious accolade underscores the growing economic and technological cooperation between France and India, particularly highlighting the pivotal role of Indian IT companies in enhancing France’s digital ecosystem.

The ‘Knight of the Legion of Honour’ award acknowledges Nadar Malhotra’s impactful work in the business sector and her commitment to sustainability initiatives. Expressing her gratitude, she stated, “It is my privilege to receive this honour and it underscores the strategic relationship between India and France.”

As a trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, she has established numerous schools and colleges dedicated to this cause.
