Peak XV’s Surge, a rapid scale-up programme tailored for early-stage companies, is now accepting applications for its 10th cohort, set to launch in India this October. The application deadline is August 15, 2024, with the programme concluding in the United States later in October. The venture capital firm has unveiled its AI portfolio, which includes 28 companies across various AI technology stacks. Notable examples include Sarvam.ai and Consequent AI in foundational models; Atlan and RedBrick AI in AI tools and infrastructure; Invideo and Pix.ai in consumer and professional AI applications; Gan.AI, Aampe, and Relevance AI in enterprise AI; and Arintra and Attentive in specialized vertical AI domains. The previous Surge cohort (9th) concentrated heavily on AI and deep tech, with 10 out of 13 startups specializing in advanced manufacturing, quantum computing, climate tech, health tech, and other cutting-edge fields.
