Delhi-based AI customer support solutions provider, LiaPlus AI, has successfully raised Rs 2 crore in a Seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures, with additional participation from Chandigarh Angel Network and Growth91.
The startup plans to utilize the funds to accelerate advancements in product and technology, expand its team, and enhance sales and marketing strategies, according to a press release shared by the company.
LiaPlus AI, co-founded in 2023 by Shailesh Jaiswal and Smridhi Seth, is a customer support platform that leverages artificial intelligence to provide multilingual support in 18 languages. Capable of handling millions of calls per hour and understanding customer emotions, the platform offers 24/7 service to businesses across multiple regions including India, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia. It enables companies to quickly and efficiently hire customer support staff and promotes AI-powered task management solutions.
The company highlighted that it trains its AI models using high-quality data, prompts, and engineering, resulting in enhanced accuracy and relevance.
