Home Decor Brand Nestasia Raises $8.35 Million in Latest Fundraising Round

Nestasia, a prominent home decor and lifestyle brand, has successfully raised $8.35 million in a fresh funding round. The round was led by Susquehanna Asia VC, Stellaris Venture Partners, and a group of notable angel investors.

The newly raised capital will be directed toward scaling Nestasia’s efforts in offline store expansion, launching new product categories, building its brand, and ramping up hiring, as stated in an official release.

Founded in 2019 by Aditi Murarka Agrawal and Anurag Agrawal, Nestasia offers a curated selection of home decor and lifestyle products across six key categories. The brand has plans to expand its product portfolio to include kitchenware, drinkware, cookware, and appliances, while also introducing themed collections like Nest Baby and Kids, a range of home products catering to children.

“This funding empowers us to stay true to our mission to ‘Make Home Special’ by introducing fresh, on-trend products, expanding our offline presence, and strengthening our brand connection with customers,” said Aditi Murarka Agrawal, Co-founder of Nestasia.

Currently, Nestasia operates seven exclusive brand outlets across six cities. With its sights set on further expansion, the company aims to deepen its presence in existing markets while also entering new cities. By the end of 2025, Nestasia plans to open 30 additional stores across the country.

The company is also ramping up efforts for the festive season with new brand initiatives, weekly product launches, and targeted sales campaigns. These initiatives will be rolled out across its website, marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and offline stores.

This latest funding round comes after a successful Series A round in 2021, where Nestasia raised $4 million led by Stellaris Venture Partners.
