Co-founded in 2019 by Utkarsh Kapoor and Rame Kachroo, ORIGHT offers an innovative IoT-based milk traceability solution. The startup’s devices track key factors that determine milk quality, such as temperature, humidity, water content, FAT (fat content), SNF (solids-not-fat), and adulterants. Moreover, ORIGHT’s technology enables end-to-end tracking of milk, from its collection point to the final consumer, covering time spent in chillers, transport vans, and the environment during packing. The data gathered by the IoT devices is then securely transmitted to a blockchain network.
