AI infrastructure startup Future AGI has raised $1.6 million in a pre-seed funding round co-led by Powerhouse Ventures and Snow Leopard Ventures, with participation from Angellist Quant Fund, Saka Ventures, Swadharma Source Ventures, and over 30 industry experts and angel investors. The funding will scale its AI lifecycle management platform, enhance its proprietary technology stack, and expand its engineering and growth teams.
As AI adoption grows, companies increasingly face challenges in ensuring accuracy and reliability at scale. “AI is becoming the new software, but its widespread adoption faces a critical challenge – reliability and accuracy at scale,” said Nikhil Pareek, CEO of Future AGI. “Today’s AI systems are probabilistic and error-prone, with improvement cycles taking 6-8 months. We’re building the foundational layer that ensures AI systems are trustworthy and reliable in production. Our platform isn’t just about workflow automation – we’re creating the data layer that continuously monitors, evaluates, and improves AI systems across multimodal interactions.”
Future AGI’s proprietary AI evaluation and optimisation platform is designed to help enterprises achieve up to 99% accuracy across software and hardware AI applications. By addressing key inefficiencies in AI tooling, the platform improves synthetic data generation, granular error analysis, and real-time feedback loops, making AI models more robust and scalable.
The company has already demonstrated its impact across industries. A Series E sales-tech company used Future AGI’s LLM Experimentation Hub to achieve 99% accuracy in its agentic pipeline, reducing workflow cycles from weeks to just hours. Another AI image generation company leveraged the platform to cut costs by 90%, significantly reducing reliance on human evaluators while maintaining high accuracy.
Charu Gupta, co-founder of Future AGI, emphasised the necessity of the platform for AI-driven businesses. “It’s easier to deploy an AI product, but then the customer experience is not that sharp and not that great. They need constant retraining and iterations, a lot of data to keep them accurate,” she said.
Beyond software applications, Future AGI’s technology extends to robotics and autonomous vehicles, where precision and reliability are mission-critical. The company’s synthetic data generation and real-world simulation tools enable businesses to validate AI models against edge cases before deployment, ensuring safer and more efficient automation.
Sri Peddu, General Partner at Powerhouse Ventures, sees Future AGI as a game-changer in AI lifecycle management. “The AI landscape is evolving rapidly, and one of the biggest challenges enterprises face today is ensuring the accuracy and reliability of their AI applications. Future AGI’s innovative approach positions them uniquely in the market. We believe their solution will be instrumental in helping companies achieve the highest accuracy levels required for production-grade AI applications.”
With offices in the Bay Area and an R&D centre in Bangalore, Future AGI is set to scale rapidly to meet the global demand for AI accuracy solutions.
