Agilitas Sports Partners with Spring Marketing Capital to Accelerate Global Growth

In a strategic move aimed at bolstering its global presence, sportswear and athleisure company Agilitas Sports has entered into a partnership with Spring Marketing Capital, a brand-first investment firm. This partnership comes as part of Spring Marketing Capital’s strategic investment in Agilitas, providing the sportswear brand with the necessary resources to scale up and enhance its global capabilities.

The partnership marks a significant step for Agilitas as it aims to expand its footprint in the sportswear industry, both in India and internationally. According to a statement from Agilitas Sports, “The partnership with Spring Marketing Capital reflects a shared commitment to creating a brand that impacts the entire value chain, from manufacturing to retail, ensuring a powerful presence both in India and globally.”

Abhishek Ganguly, CEO and Co-founder of Agilitas Sports, expressed confidence in the partnership’s ability to drive brand growth and expansion. Agilitas Sports has secured over $60 million from investors, including Convergent Finance LLP and Nexus Venture Partners. In a move to expand its manufacturing capacity, the company acquired Mochiko, a manufacturer of sports footwear for top global brands. Additionally, earlier this year, Agilitas secured exclusive long-term rights for the Italian footwear brand Lotto across India, South Africa, and Australia, signaling its commitment to building a diversified brand portfolio through substantial investments in manufacturing, R&D, marketing, and distribution.
