CoinDCX, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in India, has announced the elevation of Mridul Gupta to the position of Founding Partner. Mridul, who joined CoinDCX in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer, will now take on a broader role that includes international expansion, building high-performance teams, and driving profitability. He will also continue to focus on the Indian market, enhancing CoinDCX’s product portfolio, marketing, partnerships, and operations to accelerate strategic growth.
Mridul’s promotion comes at a pivotal moment for CoinDCX, as the company embarks on an ambitious international expansion plan in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region with the acquisition of BitOasis.

Mridul Gupta, an Electrical Engineering graduate from IIT Delhi, brings nearly 15 years of experience in business, product, and strategy roles across India and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining CoinDCX, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Pine Labs and worked with Stellaris Venture Partners, Goldman Sachs, his own startup, and consulted multiple banks across the region. His extensive experience in driving growth and scaling fintech organizations will be instrumental in CoinDCX’s global ambitions.
