Valyx Raises $800K in Pre-Seed Funding Co-Led by Huddle Ventures and Waveform Ventures

Valyx, a B2B financial management platform, has successfully raised $800K in its pre-seed funding round. The funding was co-led by Huddle Ventures and Waveform Ventures, with participation from Bharat Founders Fund and Propell Fund, the in-house VC fund of LetsVenture led by Shanti Mohan.

The capital infusion will enable Valyx to focus on attracting and onboarding new talent for its sales team, as well as expanding its engineering team to accelerate the company’s product roadmap.

Founded in late 2023, Valyx aims to revolutionize how businesses manage their billing and receivables processes. By automating these crucial financial operations, Valyx helps companies accelerate payments, expedite financial close, and improve overall cash flow. The platform’s key offerings include rate card management, usage-based billing, collections, cash application, reconciliation, dispute management, and collaborative receivables tracking.

The startup claims to have already processed over Rs 200 crore in accounts receivable. Valyx’s automation technology enables finance and sales teams to concentrate on fostering stronger relationships with buyers by eliminating the repetitive tasks involved in revenue and receivables management.

Looking ahead, Valyx plans to expand its platform into a full-stack, AI-powered revenue management solution that will include B2B payments and financing over the next two years.
