Prosperr.io, a fintech SaaS platform specializing in automating income tax management, announced that it has raised $1.55 million in its pre-seed funding round. The round was led by Gokul Rajaram, a notable board member at Pinterest and Coinbase.
The investment round also garnered participation from prominent angel investors, including Vinodh Bhat, President & Co-founder of JioSaavn, Ramakant Sharma, founder of Livspace, Kunal Shah of QED Ventures, and Saurabh Jain, CEO of Livspace, among several others.
The newly acquired funds will primarily be allocated towards the development of Prosperr.io’s AI-first tax advisor, which aims to revolutionize tax management for individuals and businesses alike.
Founded in March 2022 by Manas Gond, Prosperr.io offers a subscription-based service designed to comprehensively manage income taxes for salaried individuals, ensuring maximum eligible tax savings and compliance. The startup provides two main products: the Super Saver Product (B2C) for individual tax planning and savings, and Prosperr-FBP (Flexi Benefits Plans), a B2B product that enables employers to offer non-taxable allowances.
In April, Gokul Rajaram also invested in customer loyalty and marketing startup Reelo. His diverse investment portfolio includes health-tech startup Dozee, Vance, CashFlo, and Rocketlane, among others, showcasing his broad interest in transformative tech solutions.
